🙆‍♀️ Stretching is one of the most neglected areas of the workout. Muscle, tendon, ligament and joint structures are flexible. They can stiffen, limiting your range of motion, or they can stretch, giving you a longer range of motion and the ability to contract additional muscle fiber. Overextension of a tendon or ligament can result in a strain or sprain which can interfere with your workout. But if you stretch the areas involved first, the body will adjust as heavy resistance pulls on the structure involved. Stretching requires slow, gentle movements rather than quick bouncing ones. When you put sudden stress on a muscle or tendon. It contracts to protect itself, thereby defeating your purpose. On the other hand, if you stretch it out carefully and hold that position for 30 seconds or more, the tendon will gradually relax and you will gain flexibility. Okay cette photo est très très moche mais si belle à mes yeux. Dans ma maladie et même dans ma guérison je m'étais promis de ne plus jamais, jamais manger de gâteaux au chocolat ! Oui qu'on est malade on est vraiment stupide de se refuser le bonheur comme ça ! Et pour l'anni de ma meilleure amie ma maman avait fait le meilleur gâteau au chocolat de toute mon enfance pour ma meilleure amie. Et de base je comptais pas en prendre car c'était ma règle. Mais vous savez quoi aujourd'hui j'étais juste trop bien, trop heureuse et voir tout le monde en manger, je comprends pas pourquoi moi je n'y aurais pas droit, pourquoi je n'aurais pas droit au bonheurs simples de la vie. Сейчас многие компании идут навстречу и делают выгодные предложения. Если возможность есть, то сейчас самое время ею воспользоваться. И вы будете востребованы в любых обстоятельствах. . Время «летит» незаметно, каким бы трудным оно сейчас не казалось. И, тратя свои нервы на переживания, мы вряд ли сможем что-то изменить.
