Ham Hock and Smoked Chicken Terrine, Pickled Brassicas, Piccalilli.
One of my favourite things to eat when dining out in a good pub. Here I changed it up a bit with some inspiration from @satbains1 epic cook book. Using a piccalilli purée and really showcasing the brassicas.
