Tips to make your home workouts more effective 💪🏻
1. Get sleep, enough to move your body, and to have energy to push yourself, 2. drink lots of water! Stay hydrated and fuel up, being at home I forget how much water I used to drink out and about !
3. find what works for you, HITT exercises, yoga, itemized muscle groups, etc. ?
and Stick with it!
For those of you who have told me that they are doing my quick workouts and encouraged by them, I thank you! 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 when I became a fitness instructor with @goodlifefitness in September I knew I wanted to inspire people with their fitness and this is how I am able to do it now, under the circumstances.
It also makes me accountable to myself, so it’s a win win! 😊 I push you but you’re really pushing me and whether you do my LIVES with me or later on, it makes no difference.

4. I gave my body a break yesterday because it’s important to respect it. When yours needs one, take it. But don’t let it be an excuse to not. If you’ve pushed yourself hard and feel you need the break then it’s all yours. You deserved it !
